The master-planned community that I live in is celebrating it's 20th Birthday and held a cake contest to celebrate. I decided that I would enter. Everything on the cake represents why I love living in Summerlin. I did not win, but didn't expect to and I had a great time making my cake and my girls really enjoyed sampling all the cakes afterwards. I really wish they had given some feedback but they only announced 1st place winners, no runners up, and they gave no comments on the cakes. The one thing I know is that the cake that won in my category was made by a professional bakery. Here is my Summerlin Cake:
